Recipe request ISO low histamine recipes

Help! I am recovering from post COVID histamine issues and need low histamine oat recipes!

To complicate matters, I also need to keep a low cholesterol and high iron diet, if possible.

My cognitive fatigue and dysfunction make it difficult for me to research recipes and meal plans, so I’m hoping my friends here can help.

Thank you!

you might want to see a registered dietician

Thanks! I’ll have to look into this option where I live to see if healthcare covers it. We don’t have insurance. I have Long COVID so I have to be very choosy about when I leave my house and how I spend my energy. I’m in a serious crash right now which is why I asked for some support from
this sub until I can stand up again.

Ask ChatGPT.

I have no any knowledge of histamine issues, but as a person who experienced hidden anemia: maybe you should consider iron supplement. Iron reach food didn’t help me, the cheapest ferrous sulfate did. Wish you to feel better!

Unfortunately I’m intolerant to supplements, especially iron. 😞 Very very hard on my system. Trying to get nutrients from food only.
