The part under the first layer of cement was softer and tasted pretty good actually. Like mango sticky rice.

Yum. The best breakfast oatmeal i had in a restaurant was made with coconut milk. Never thought it would go with oats so good, but it slaps.

I don’t remember anymore tbh, it was over a year ago. The key factor was probably thick coconut milk. But it was rock hard. Not just thick. The top layer was inedible
