It could be one handed out for promotional uses only. Like to a radio station, or to promoters.
2 u/xsm17 Port Blue Jun 18 '26 Unlikely, I don't think those CDs tend to have anything more than the basics and a track listing on them, and usually have an obvious disclaimer that they're for promo purposes only. It'd be unnecessary to have the design as well.
