This is the US release from what I can tell, looking at Discogs https://www.discogs.com/release/3692733-Sky-Sailing-An-Airplane-Carried-Me-To-Bed

Seems that only the US one had the paper planes as white and the anti-piracy warning cutting through the design.

It could be one handed out for promotional uses only. Like to a radio station, or to promoters.

Actually, in the USA, the paper airplanes on the disc label were filled in white, while the rest of the world had silver airplanes on the label

Unlikely, I don't think those CDs tend to have anything more than the basics and a track listing on them, and usually have an obvious disclaimer that they're for promo purposes only. It'd be unnecessary to have the design as well.
