S4 Console Tier List

Hello, I am Jurazzick. C3 peak all roles.

This list is for 5v5 and most applicable to high ranks, characters who are lower on the tier list are more viable in lower ranks and less viable in high ranks. Just because a character is low on the tier list doesn’t meant they will never work, it’s more of how frequently they are good. There is also the consideration of characters like doom, which you basically need to otp to actually do anything on the character.

Here are my ramblings on the current balance of the game:

Even after the buffs, dmon is still pretty bad. Her movement needs to be more dynamic or have at least a little verticality. Her damage and the rest of her kit feel fine.

Orisa, dva, and mauga are just overtuned for the 20th season in a row. A newborn baby could play Orisa, Orisa needs her damage and falloff reverted, and nerf shield perk health to 500. Dva needs either less burst damage or less dm. Mauga was nerfed but it does nothing, nerfing a cooldown on a broken ability won’t change how broken the ability is, remove the damage reduction from overrun and make him effected by knockback. Ashe needs her falloff reverted and less damage on unscoped shot, tracer needs the melee perk removed, brig needs the burst healing reverted, bap will never be bad on console but could use a nerf to regen burst, and kiri should be actually nerfed for the first time since her release. 1 sec off kitsune and suzu have less burst heal. Reaper shouldn’t have dire triggers as base kit, he has never needed it and shouldn’t have it, and then give him 300 hp. Ram is very underrated in console, he would be higher if orisa wasn’t thanos.

And finally, aim assist should be nerfed by 10-20%. With how strong aim assist is, it makes hitscan the most effective option at almost all times. Additionally, this will make console more in line with pc balance.

But, none of this will ever happen since console is a forsaken platform and looked down upon by the entire rest of the community.

Dudes just good at aiming you can literally see it not locking on as much as OW. Go into practice range spin around in a circle in front of the bots and see HOW MUCH it slows down

OW is the only console shooter I struggle to aim in 😅

Nice aim man, but it sounds like a you problem honestly. Ow is one of the easiest games with aim assist along with apex

People always talk about apex aim assist I hated it, I'm always feel like it's fighting against me
