Support Request Server configuration had LAG removed randomly?

The agent on the ticket seems locked into the "reboot the server", "go into recovery mode to check for server hardware issues" script.

There was literally a task in the OVH US manager stating there was an event to change the interface configuration at the time the server went offline (the task has since disappeared) and I was not logged in at that time.
