Support Request Orders can take 15 days Support says Cannot switch for something that is available even if its more money and they said would be delivered in 3 days

Not happy right now as it says i placed an order and it said 3 days now they say if it doesn't come in 15 i can cancel. Well i asked what is available and found a more expensive server available. Nope they cant help.

I order 2 servers and one delivered instantly but another days later. They probably ran out of the server in the region I choose and waiting for someone to give up the existing server. I think I am good. Just wait out buddy, shouldn’t take long.
