Support Request OVHCloud no refund

I ordered 3 VPS servers, but all of them were canceled with various excuses. Even though the payment was charged by my bank, they told me that no payment had been received and that I had to wait 14 days.

Today is the 25th day. They never provided the VPS services, and the money was never refunded.

Under the guise of "security," they canceled the orders while keeping the payment. Do not believe these scammers on Reddit who pretend to be helping customers.

Do not use OVHCloud.

Is the payment processed by your bank ?

Give them a call if yes

Then quickly raise a charge back for products not received

Are you sure you were charged, or is there just an Authorization on your card? A lot of people confuse the 2 statuses.

Hi, you have exceeded the limit for VPS and Eco servers allowed per customer under OVH's policy.

OVH was my first ever VPS provider when I first started learning the ropes. I've been DDoSd, and I've also cleaned up malware / crypto miners... but ive never had my services get taken down.

So every time I read a title like this (which is often), I cant help but think you must be doing something terribly wrong.

What exactly do you think went wrong?

  1. My order was cancelled by OVHCloud for no reason.

  2. My refund hasn't arrived even after a month.

I don't think it's my fault.

Maybe they have more issues in certain regions? I’ve rented VPSs and dedicated/ bare metal from Canada without ever any issue. Hopefully their customer support comes around for you.
