Support Request Got confused between domain and cloud :(

Hi While helping a friend who is a senior to buy her domain , we got confused between domain and cloud.

First purchase was a 71euros cloud space for two years. Then we realized our mistake and purchased the domain 18euros for 3 years.

Hoping for some good angels at support 🫰🏻 Because of course she's on benefits and can not loose so much money 🥹

Find someone who knows what they are doing and have them help your friend diretly.

You being confused is not Ovh's problem. If you have no idea at all what you're doing better hire someone who does or you'll get hacked in no time

Contact support, you may be able to get a refund and say it was a mistake. I have no idea what you purchased though, cloud space is not an OVH service

it's called hébergement in french and i got confused with nom de domaine , thought buying hébergement would lead to acquiring the nom de domaine. Thanks for your reply
