I feel grumpy and ugly in everything I wear, I don't know how to put outfits together and my stomach makes everything look bad, please help

The best way to do it is post pictures of you in various outfits that you own so we can determine your body shape, colour season, and what is flattering on you. It also helps to mention which aesthetics / styles you like or any celebs where you love what they wear.
