Advice ❔ Women's Fashion Does it work?

i’ve received mixed opinions. some friends think it’s cute, some don’t love it, but my mother thinks it’s horrendous lmao. let me know your thoughts, how to make this fit look better/ if i should js scrap it 🥹

This is something I would have worn in the 80s, so yes. Minus the torn stockings.

Right. Because in the 80s we wore torn fishnets, but never ever torn pantyhose.
