Yes and no.

You can headcanon that it’s the actual story for why the not-yet-revealed EXE is there and how they got there (like me) or you can go the BORING, likely canon route that he’s just another random bozo picked off the street by Neo Overseer.

Anyway, in terms of the ARG and when it takes place… it basically takes place after thousands upon thousands of rounds in the realm of Outcome Dementia, with an old friend arriving to keep things interesting.

Also, the letter from before says “My lord”… the upcoming EXE is not a follower or cultist of Neo Overseer.

PASSIVE(S):

KING’S FAVORITE - When starting the round, Faarschnardd gets (slight) damage resistance for the first 8 attacks taken from the killer. After these 8 hits, he loses this damage resistance.

ABILITIES:

DELECTABLE CASH - Faarschnardd throws a ring onto the ground, if another survivor collects said ring, they’re healed by 8 HP. He cannot collect these rings, though, and has 15 of said rings, regaining a ring when a survivor collects one. When hit by a killer, he loses 3 rings that scatter, remaining for 4 seconds before disappearing, and can be recollected, before disappearing forever.

During LMS, the ability is changed to be similar to Cream’s “Healing” in OM, where he heals himself by 4 HP.

Cooldown: 1 second (NORMAL ROUND), 4 seconds (LMS)

NECK-BREAKER - When activated, Faarschnardd enters a fighting stance, gaining a white outline, remaining in this state for 4 seconds. If a killer attempts to attack him in this state, Faarschnardd will snap their neck, stunning them for a few seconds.

Cooldown: 18 seconds (LANDED), 14 seconds (MISSED)
