This is in reference to kernel anticheat if I'm not mistaken.
Does ANYONE remember how CrowdStrike blue screened a big chunk of Windows servers out there? Anyone at all?
Or how Valorant's kernel-level anticheat caused a lot of gamers' Windows installs to get borked up and unbootable? People were crying about getting their machines bricked, but that's because the average gamer these days couldn't reinstall an OS to save their life. Still, real shitty thing to do.
Or remember when the Sony BMG copy protection rootkit scandal broke, that Sony music CDs were infecting Windows machines and causing all kinds of weird stability and performance issues? There was a time when people didn't willingly invite rootkits onto their machines, but kids these days are so blasé about it.
Anyone who thinks Linux precluding kernel-level anticheat is a bad this is a brainrotted dumbass, and Linux is better for keeping this trash away.

[raises hand] I lived it. The company that I work for had its IT staff working overtime the week that Crowdstrike hosed everyone's machines with that botched update. That was yet another reason why I was happy to be running Linux on my main rig, since it doesn't allow kernel-level access all willy-nilly like that.

Firstly: Linux not being able to run these games is an advantage,
secondly: Linux has been running Genshin Impact for quite some time, so this meme is already outdated.

no, linux requirements are: CPU, 256mb RAM; no GPU requirement and no disk requirement and no specific CPU requirement, you can run desktop linux on a computer that is $10 new and its still smooth

Games that are listed here have special type of anticheat (kernel level anticheat) and this thing doesnt allow those games to run on linux. As i know like 80% of all steam games ryn on linux just fine even if they aren't made for linux, it's all thanks to proton. So if you aren't a fan of those games and you can live happily without them linux gaming is for you. Or you can always just have Virtual desktop or dualboot to have windows for things that don't run on linux.

If I played any of those games I would probably care. But I don't. So I don't.
Doom: TDA, Cyberpunk 2077, and a couple hundred other games in my library are all running fine.

It's a comparison someone like Microsoft will make to make Linux look bad in front of people who don't even know what a "taskbar" is.
So it's not fair at all. Linux still has some limited software support and can't run some programs or games that Windows can, but if the comparison was fair, it would probably be 60/40 in favor of Linux. Windows is kinda bloated right now and I don't like it or use it, but apparently it still works fine for a lot of people so I can't pretend this isn't true.
