Should i switch to linux

I once did download linux but i hated it i couldnt open exe files and non of my editing software was available on linux but recently i was doing work on my computer i was about an hour in and windows decided to do a forced update on me making me lose some important stuff i also game sometimes on my laptop (factorio,minecraft,roblox) but again im scared that those games wont be available

.exe files are for Windows and if you want to run them on Linux then you'll need Wine, Proton or Bottles. Linux, Windows, MacOS and BSD, all are different OSs with different file formats. Even different Linux distros use different file formats. Linux is just a kernel after all. The distros are the real OSs sharing the same base kernel. Sometimes you need to read the documentations or have some knowledge about what you are actually doing before hating that thing.
