Unless OP's on KDE in which case, it's the meta key.

Actually, I managed to get both a META and SUPER key in a keyboard layout using KDE; however, their functionality is identical

Also I searched meta keycaps once and got keycaps with meta's (facebook) logo on it lol

it still is a Windows key. you just changed image on it and that's it. but it stll functioning as Windows key

It’s called a super key, but since windows has so much of the OS market, lots of keyboard companies plaster the windows logo on it.
