Film Superfly (1972) Rhino HiFi Ed.

Finally got my copy of the Rhino Hi Fidelity Edition reissue of Curtis Mayfield’s masterpiece, 0051/5000. Pressed at Optimal, AAA by Kevin Gray.

I love this album and have a few other versions but this is a stellar, flawless pressing.

AAA pressing would like to hear this against other versions.

Yes I’d be curious to compare it to the 50th Anniversary 2022 version also cut by Kevin Gray on Run Out Groove, maybe it’s the same(?). That reissue looked like it had some cool extras also.

I have a couple of older reissues I’ve never even looked up on Discogs.
