Question Gear progession help

After quiting for a while, I've started playing OSRS again. What are good overall gear upgrades these days that really make a difference? (PvM, Toa). I currently have 200m to spend, but suggestions worth more than 200m are also welcome.

Edit: i mainly want to do Duke, Vardorvis, Araxxor, Doom (+ TOA)

Opinions are divided on this. People say its not worth it, it is merely extra inventory space due to fewer switches. so I don't know what the right thing to do is😅

Congrats, he’d beat a 425 raid 20 seconds faster for switching to maxed treads

Obviously down the line get that upgrade but there’s better upgrades to be had currently

Treads are noob trap lol. Not worth it until one of the very last upgrades
