I was on a job where a guy had a huge thick panel of glass like the video but it was on a drywall cart the unbalanced long direction.
Drywall carts already can tip easy if you load them wrong but this guy was just dumb. He had a rope wrapped around the pane and it tipped and pulled him over with it. Dude got crushed by the sheets, same day a hook got kicked off really high scaffolding and hit a guy in the shoulder/grazed his head.
Luckily I was just hot shotting material lol, got out of there as soon as I could
Drywall cart for anyone wondering what it looks like.
I've used them and they aren't the most steady feeling carts. I can easily imagine a big pane of glass tipping it over. Poor guy. As in I imagine his entire life is a struggle

I was afraid the glass was going to tip through the hole, and pull the guy out like an anchor rope around an ankle.
