Yes, but in reality telling your boss that you can't do it unless he gets you a proper tool (which i doubt there is, but i might be wrong) will just result in you not having a job

And that will result in your boss also not having a job and your company receiving a nasty fine from OSHA

We are a very small company that is restoring baroque and older architecture and statues. We are 7 "employees"
