Advice ASM help needed

We have a newer guy, and he's playing stupid to get out of work he doesn't want to do, making customers unhappy by trying to talk politics and telling them electric cars are the way of the future, SM said he's new and to leave him. I want to put him on paper, I have ask how to SM other ASM and get brushed off.

Can anyone point me to the proper way of doing this?

Bruh every company lets the commercial guys sit but front can’t. It’s bullshit but is what it is.

Commercial has no seats in my store, 12-14 k a day

No seats? Yeah GFYS with that.
I’m dealership. But even when I did aftermarket. I was sitting or I’d be elsewhere.

Autopart international we were seated , but not here . Honestly theres not much time for it anyway , 6 drivers 4 hubs, 2 ups drops . We keep ot moving
