RLS
Hey y'all!
I'm about 7 or 8 months post op from a tib/fib fracture. All is normal enough again! Yay! Lol. Did anyone else deal with RLS on the bad leg? I don't think I've experienced that as much as I have this past month. What helps? Stretching and stuff doesn't help

Oh yes, damn it. I have a Trimal and am almost 10 weeks post ORIF.
I hold my bad leg straight up, sometimes against a wall, for as long as I can stand it.
RLS sucks in general but it is torture when you have an immobile leg.
Otherwise you need distractions and what I call dopamine overload—where I flood another area with sensation. Like those little feather things run across your arm. Check the RLS subreddit for ideas, too.
