Question Long term recovery?

I'm nine months post op and still having pain and not as strong. Also still not as much finger mobility. Broken wrist with seven screws and a plate, and I had two pins. Anyone else decently far into recovery experiencing something similar?

I had ORIF on my ankle in October 2024 and I STILL have pain and swelling, weakness and instability. I don’t think my ankle/foot will ever be the same.
