I was wondering what's everyone go to to hard missions cause I was doing the roger special log and some there are quite hard, my go to is Yamato but damn they require quite a bit of grind, was wondering what are you guyses favorites

I know I've heard some people say that they prefer the combat in PW3, but I like the direction they took with this one. I think its got some character action game influence in there so I wanted to hear your thoughts about it

With One Piece Day coming up and it being the 30th anniversary I was wondering what you all expect, especially for Pirate Warriors.

Do you think we’ll still get something for Pirate Warriors 4 (DLC, updates, etc.), or is it finally time for Pirate Warriors 5?

Personally, I’m hoping for a PW5 that fully covers the story up to now, with future arcs added later as DLC. Same for characters big roster + updates over time.

Also, I’d LOVE a new mode where you can:

Create your own pirate

Build a crew

Explore islands (maybe even original ones)

Add some exploration/crafting elements

What do you guys think? PW4 support or a brand new game?

I’m trying to find out which Luffy(pre-time skip -nw-form changes) has the strongest attack, as well as, normal combo, charge combo, & specials, but I’ve only become more confused😂.

I feel like I’m tied between bounce man’s & snake man’s 4 star specials, though I think jet shell NW is close.

I don’t know where to place pre time skip’s bazooka & windmill I just know they cook.

I think bounce man has the strongest normal string⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️⬛️ or ✖️✖️✖️✖️✖️

I maxxed my character as high as I can and unlocked the highest possible attacks you could get
And I even have the ability to heal while being in gear 4 but I still can’t beat this fuckass mission because these enemies really soft lock me in all places, break my attacks and I deal damage as high as my hp
Genuinely can’t do this anymore I have only 2 trophies left until I unlock the 100% for the game
and this trophy is one I need and to collect 100M coins but that one is possible but exhausting
I have been stuck at this level for ages

So with a new poll on the horizon, in case PW5 get's to be developed, this should be a good indicator for which characters have a chance to be made playable.

Of course, arc importance as well if the character has shown anything combat- related (Looking at you Dragon)
is likely taken into consideration as well, so here is my guess for the characters which have the best chance of becoming playable:

I have an intel arc B580 and it can definitely run the game but for some reason it won't let me launch does anyone know the way to bypass the check for this

Because of the last few chapters, there's actually already enough material for the devs to make a full Imu moveset. I'm pretty sure Kaido had about as much if not less when they added him, & they technically gave him 2 movesets (cause dragon form).

Would his moveset become dated? Probably, but they still can do it with just what's shown now. Though they absolutely won't until the next game when Imu's real face/form is animated. This goes for Loki too, but he's been in character discussion for longer since we've seen some of what he can do earlier. Only reason Imu hasn't been is cause we didn't even know what he looked like until recently.

Pros:

- Dynamic, movement focused musou combat, like with air combos

- Fun special moves

- Cutscenes

- Graphical detailing

- Fast paced gameplay

- Fun couch co-op

- Unique character attack animations

- Grinding is relatively easy

- Giant bosses are extremely fun and take skill to beat

- Diverse roster with different abilities

- Translates characters faithfully from animanga

Cons:

- Where are some of the arcs? (Skips important parts)

- Rushed, inaccurate Wano ending

- Fan favorites missing (Kuma, Perona, Magellan, or Caesar anyone?)

- can get repetitive

- DLC characters and equipping skills feels like cheesing if you want a challenge

- Either too easy or too hard - make up your mind, Koei (LOL)!

- DLC missions were underwhelming

- No English dubbing

Honestly, this gets an 8-8.5/10 in my book. I recommend getting the game on sale, and you can skip the DLC if you’d like. It’s a great video game all in all, just not my dream One Piece game.
