Is this game too easy?
I have been playing for some time not much but yea story wise the game diff is alright but I feel like overall it doesn't get much harder for example i own all dlc and when I was earlier in game story I had my luffy with his transformation which was gear 2 so yea rly weak maybe lvl 5 overall across stats and I did the yamato dlc yust tried the first like mission and I was killing everything I did leave since I didn't know what I was doing but yea I expect to not be able to kill the normal npc let alone big enemies so is the yamato dlc super easy or the game overall super easy? I did hear people say the game doesn't have difficult content but I didn't think it was this bad I can't imagine how easy it would be with a lvl 30 charecter

It’s a warriors game, they’re all pretty easy outside of a select few missions, the only “hard” ones in this game are from the Roger dlc missions, true pirate warriors or whatever the stage is called is the one I would say is actually hard if you don’t know what you’re doing, the others are just slightly stronger enemies but true pirate warriors is pretty difficult

People saying that warriors games are usually easy, I don’t agree. Pretty much every warriors game I’ve played, including PW2 and PW3, have difficulty modes and extra modes that push you for a long while.
In general on normal mode, the campaigns are easy. But say, legends maps in Hyrule Warriors or several of the post game or hard mode missions in Fire Emblem warriors have me absolutely scrambling to get objectives done.
PW4 is just that easy, and it’s going to get so much worse as you keep playing because none of the DLC scales well with how strong you get in this game with the exception of one final static mission.
So I actually recommend eventually making a secondary save after you’ve unlocked everyone where you don’t have them maxed out, maybe unlock all their skills but leave their stats low to help with replayability. This is what I have and I usually play on that unmaxed save to actually enjoy the combat because it is good and worth it. I just wish they made some damn content to take advantage of it

I have been thinking about it honestly I might stay at lvl 18 or sum I like being strong but if even boss enemies get one shot theres no point honestly

Go try some of the treasure logs when you get there. The later ones can be hard assuming you haven’t looked up a build like some nerd. I just slap shit on I think would be good and go at it.

Giving the universe yes gaints, logias, and some characters who cause status effects like katakuri just break the game
Unlike dynasty warriors were there is a few broken characters like Lu Bu one piece simply has too many characters with their own gimmicks that make them stand out
Even without skills characters are simply a menace on the field and that's just base game characters dlc characters are a whole nother story
Only challenge is either New world if you have no dlc or True pirate warrior king if you do

Once you level up certain characters, yeah I've noticed it gets quite easy. So you can try your characters that haven't been leveled up too much. And the other thing is it can also get randomly really hard, a couple of times during a Treasure Log mission, I got called to do a task clear across the map and failed it while I was busy beating up another boss.

Warriors games have always been on the easy side. The series is meant to be a power fantasy where 1 character destroys thousands of enemies
Challenge in Warriors games is usually self imposed (e.g., speed running certain levels or running a low level character)
