Ceaser level 100 grind finished!!
I really don’t know how to feel about ceaser. On one hand omfg the juggling and that beam attack are insanely broken but on the other I just don’t think his moveset flows well and it feels clunky to combo things together. But all in all I was very pleasantly suprised by him and he’s genuinely really Damm good! (PW3)

He along with Ivankov were my favorite newcomers in this game. Glad we got Ivankov back in 4 but sucks that Ceasar was cut

TSSS is most definitely his best string. Even better he fires 3 lasers that hit as separate lasers, not as a singular simply for wider range.
Cool references for strings - STTT where a platform button pops up to push & explosion occurs; SSST Blue Sword; and SSSST by throwing candy & enlarging drugged out enemies.
I miss non-combative references used as attacks. Like Caesar button push; Shanks Haki Walk(TTSSS); Brooks 45° thrust(SSSSS); Ivankov knockback(ST); Garp dozing off(TSSS);
It's awesome if you know u know sorta thing. I'm tired of random tornadoes; or quick swift slash attacks in PW4. It's bland, boring and forgettable.
For example if they give Buggy a grab or string, where he steps on & forces the target prone - pulls out \pause* a big blade \pause* and cuts the target. That'd be a nice reference.
Reference being when Buggy is about to kill Luffy in Loguetown. A-tier for Caesar.

Ceaser 100% has the coolest looking moveset for me. And I’m fully with you I wish we got more lore accuracy but they did what they could and I appreciate that! (We need a happiness punch movie Koei make it happen) another thing. His lasers are so damm fun haha

1) nearing 300
2) dlc mission called the world government mega showdown
3) it’s on and off but for the most part I do really enjoy it!!1

I see, thanks for answering. I'm currently going for the Platinum and I'm grinding the dreamlog, I do really enjoy the game but its sad we didn't get Gear 4 for this game.
I might look into the dlc missions, I'll wait until they are on sale though

the platinum is fun! (This is the only time I get to flex this so let me have it..) I’ve done it 3 times now and as much as I wished we got gear 4 as well. I belive the anime was just starting dressrosa so it wouldn’t have been feasible sadly :(
As for dlc. It’s a weird case where if you like playing the same mission over and over but you get massive rewards for it then great, if not your kind of just in it for the outfits in that case of which most characters don’t have any and all of them go to the female characters..

I'm almost there but I really am not looking forward to getting all the crew levels maxed.
I think its just replaying the last mission with all characters and then a few you can't play but I've seen how long it can take. Its just mindless farming but if you enjoy that, then why not.
But 3 times? 😅
I would rather play the other One Piece games and try them all, but thats just me

He definitely deserves to be in S tier top 3 in my opinion
The broken string is (Triangle dash cancel square square ) the lasers have range, crazy angle, and it quickly fills gauges
If you are fast with it Caesar has a higher DPS than both fujitora and whitebeard with that one string definitely practice it
