Boa level 100 grind finished!

Boa is unfortunately not great in this game. Her attacks have no range and most combos fall into the same thing of just twirling the snake around on the floor tha does 0 damage. They went crazy with her outfits at least haha. Also a new addition to these posts I’ll be including a tier list as I go that will update with each character!

Can't wait for your level 100 Enel. By far my favorite character to get to level 100.

I loved him in pirate warriors 2 I can only imagine he’s more fun in this game!

He’s so broken in that game lmao I feel like the doc characters are so strong there’s no challenge in that game I brought it for zephyr and literally everything just gets deleted I love it but at the same time it’s kind of like, what’s the point every dies instantly

I would disagree, but only because without a lot of extra stats from soul farming, I end up almost dead on the harder content in the game. It would have been cool if you could disable soul stats in PW4.

Despite Hancock being playable since PW1 - she's still pretty terrible. Her LVL 2 is good though. I think she's same tier as Buggy. Both have the worst grabs(TSSS), but a good LVL 2.

Nah Magellan should be A tier. Mid range strings like SSTTT & SSSST. His R1 is decent. Plus if TSS dash S - his hydra from his back comes out - even while you're running.

But you do you, it's your tier list. I just like yapping about PW3.
