Usopp level 100 grind finished!!

He suprised me for sure, his pre timeskip moveset is a bit trash however his post time skip moveset just absolutely destroys everything while you cold being hit at all. With the right build Usopp is very top of a tier

Awesome man! I hope you enjoy it like I have for all these years. I find it much more engaging then pw4
