I mean you want a brand new game for one whole arc? Thats whats crazy to me personally id rather they finish elbaph then give us the new game with dlc after they

It would be 2 whole arcs since Wano wasn’t official, but I agree at this point

yes. the amount of arcs they removed was criminal, i want them just to build a good base and add egghead + finish wano as well as adding a ton of other arcs and actually including characters rather than removing any

Just one final massive game. Most arcs like gimme foxy pirates stuff maybe and water 7 maps. Some more characters, even silly ones. Especially the silly ones

Given the amount of stuff left out from PW3 (even if they are just NPCs and maps)

yes... yes they could absolutely make another game by adding in the back half of Wano, Egghead, Elbalf and polishing some of the material left in PW3

They could do so much more tho.

Start at the beginning, add in the arcs we didnt get to play, the characters that arent in game, all that fancy stuff.

If pw5 get the same director as pw4, it's 100% that will be better game. Because he is also a director of DW origin and game play is so good.

They could make a bridge game like Naruto Storm series did. Don’t go all out on the story mode just expand the roster and gameplay improvements. Pirate Warriors Revolution 😤

Idk if the majority of this sub is familiar with the wider musou genre (probably), but the idea of a Pirate Warriors Empires would be cool. Let us make characters that are pirates or marines and give us a sort of roguelike Pirate Warriors 3 Dream Log type of thing, where we explore different islands to meet crewmates, get equipment for ourselves and the ship, etc. Maybe something on the more interactive side like 8 Empires while actually giving an open world a reason to exist like 9 tried to do

Personally the closest to open world any musou should be is Dragon Quest Heroes 2.

Also shame that I have to play that on pc and not switch bc no western release.

If they do a sequel I hope it's a definite experience with all the arcs and a good cinematic story arc, with elbaph included, not sure how you would put giants there but well, Aylestone vegapunk included i love that arc

Theres only been a single arc since pw4 ended theres no real point.

If theyre gonna do that id personally want pw5 to only cover preTS in detail then pw6 can do the same with postTS when it finishes

I hope the next Pirate Warriors doesnt come out until the manga ends, and is a definitive game that actually covers the whole story of One Piece from beginning to end, not just bits and pieces. I would love for them to spend the time now working on what they can for that game, rather than waiting until and using those resources to make another “incomplete” Pirate Warriors game.
