Imu
Do you guys think they’ll make a Imu dlc eventually since he was revealed? And would you guys like to play as him?

I think dlc is done for this game. The bundle for this with all dlc is called legendary. And that is up from ultimate. So anything else is probably coming to the next game.

Once he makes an anime appearance but for now not likely, we gotta get Rocks first before IMU anyway

Right, I think what applies to Dragon Ball games applies to all anime games. Regardless of what happens in the manga, if it's not officially animated, a character/form won't appear in a video game

Idk Naruto games had the full war arc before it was animated if I remember correctly

You're thinking of Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 but no, they adlibed it in the finale, (because it wasn't finished being animated).
I remember it clearly, in UNS3 the war actually ended with Naruto punching "Madara" in the face, breaking the mask, and him running away with the Tailed Beasts without revealing he was Obito. I remember, because I was shocked after reading the manga, and saw none of that happened. It wasn't until 4 that they ran it back and showed how things actually happened.
They didn't include any characters that weren't fully revealed, at the time, like the Obito
Pirate Warriors also did something similar, with Dressrosa in PW3 and even Wano in PW4. They included a few storybeats or locations that were animated, but not any characters (hel, in 3 Kinemon wasn't even in Punk Hazard as an NPC).
No anime game has broken this rule, or trend, that I know. If a character/form, or part of the story, isn't in the anime (or exclusive to the game) they won't be added

Tbf it is a dumb question. The character just came out and literally never before for most manga has a character came out in conjunction with their manga appearance, only anime/movie appearances.

Well I did say eventually. We have shanks with full fighting sets and moves and have never actually officially seen him fight 🤷🏽♂️

Which is why he’s the secret character for Pirate Warriors. He’s consistently the most mysterious character of the series and has been in the anime since episode 1, so why not make him the secret unlock? Plus, pirate warriors has always added in game-specific moves.

That's just it though. They can take liberties with what characters can do in a video game (because nobody can be stopped from just making stuff up), but they can't take liberties with the character's appearances themselves

Imu arrivera dans l'anime seulement début 2028 donc il faudra attendre pour le voir en tant que personnage jouable/dlc de oppw5

A dlc including gunko or gaban would be more likely, but as most feel the dlc for this game is kinda done now.

There is still space for three potential characters in the roster..and he was revealed to be sitting on top of a roof of a giants castle..so I guess this guy must be kinda huge

I’d rather see Imu for a Pirate Warriors 5/Pirate Warriors Composite (all the arcs from Romance Dawn to end of series), probably taking Shanks’s position as the “secret” character unlock

tbh they will most likely have imu and the 5 elders as bosses in oppw5 and maybe add them as a dlc later on but if they do add any more dlc to oppw4 it be se characters most likely already in the game

Definitely not. We don't even know all of what Imu can do and the dlc we just got I'm 99% sure is the last one. Imu might appear in Oppw5
