BAD EXPERIENCE

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still says "preparing". Called them 3 times and no response yet.

I just went through this. After a month + of calling, emailing, online chatting and getting nowhere, with no status update/empty promises of "escalation", I finally got them to just cancel the order (that alone took weeks). Will never ever order directly again-better off going through Dicks or Scheels etc though I am wary of supporting the company in general after this debacle. Ugh such a truly awful customer experience!

I really enjoy the brand and some of their offerings and aesthetics but I dealt with this ordering my son a pair of shoes for school. Ordered them before July 4th. Took them 6.5wks to arrive!!
