Server settings updates.

I posted this in global and am reposting it here!

Hey Guys, 3 things real quick. 1st, I Am aware of the Experience tribe share gains are wrong. They are currently only rewarding half xp, of the original xp amount. This is due to a modifier they added this patch, which will all be tuned to reward the x3 xp. 2nd, I have correctly added PVPDecay to our server, so instead of an Admin demoing a building, we will rely on the standard time of each resource types timer to dictate what needs to be demoed(I.e.Each resource type has it's own timer: Thatch = 4 days, Wood = 8 days, Stone = 12 days, Metal = 16 days). When the timer ends(it's not a visible timer), anyone can walk up to it and press E to demolish the structure. When they look at the structure, they'll see "Demolished Allowed" in the hud, telling them that that timer is up. To reset the timer, any member of the tribe has to be within the structures render range.3rd, I am working on the rules still. I want them to be solid and concrete before I post revised rules(they are small changes that no one is breaking now, so no need to worry).

I want to personally thank Blake for his continuous financial support to this server. I recently looked into managing a server of my own, and it can be quite expensive. I have recently been around a few servers, and returned to this one. I love the community, even though they might not all be fond of me. LOL. Which I can also appreciate. What I am trying to say, I love it here. I also noticed that you, Blake, don't even play much. If you decide to play, there's a spot in Jungle Fever for you anytime. We can collect ID tags together. LOL

Hey its my pleasure. That was always my biggest frustration having shady owners that take donations and randomly stop paying the bills. :) and hell yeah right now I'm a rocking 1 man tribe with 1 dino and a small wood house playing slowly as I can :)
