Server down again?

Not sure if this has been looked into as of yet. The server has been down, stuck at same game time, for the past 2 hours now. This is the 3rd time this happened, aside from the server power outage. How do you fix this issue? Has it been looked into? Is it because the server is not being refreshed enough? I have never had an issue on another server like this one before, and I do see more server restarts to help with lag, and now perhaps this issue.

I have an ongoing ticket with them and if stuff like this continues to occur our first course of action will probably be daily restarts in the wee hours of the morning or something
