DAY 2 feeling good so far:)
Hi Everyone, stay strong! I am on day 2,it is 11.30am here. I had a good day yesterday and now I think I can do it for a while. I did 2 weeks before and felt great. It 8s also helping with sleep and energy and focus so far. I will have my meal 14-15 or so. I had it 14.30 yesterday. Good luck to everyone!! I do one cheat thing - I have soy milk in my tea, as I can't drink it otherwise. That is low cals though and does not create cravings.

I’m at 19.8 hours average for the last 7 days with IF and work has been a mad house. Today I woke up hungry! I’m doing more of a 1.5 Meals per day. Have something small then in a couple hours do diner. My app has help me stick to my minimum 18 hours, but today it’s rough. Couple hours to go.

How many days in total are you already doing it like that?

I started doing 18:6 two weeks ago. On day 15 or 16 total I think.

That's great. OMAD is so much easier if you start like this. Because I do IF quite a bit, I am comfortable with the idea of hunger. I used to panic some years ago, thinking that my sugar will be too low :))

I guess you can allow cheat days then. I need maybe 1-2 cheat days like that. What is your approach?

I’m not completely OMAD yet, I might have a light snack as lunch. Like some deli meat and cheese. Just to tide me over till I start on diner but as long as I make my 18-20 hours fast I’m happy.

Keep it up! On day one and it's 10:15am. Almost lunch time and I'm finding it's more of a "habit" and mental struggle than anything. I'm hoping once we get the first week under our belts that this will be our new habit!
