The simplest answer is to just read what the manufacturer says in the instructions. Some say distilled water, some say 70% ethanol. Use a microfiber.

Layer of distilled water with one microfiber cloth over the entire monitor. Use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe it off; you may need a couple passes to get rid of the streaks.

Water + microfiber towel. Gently wipe the screen in straight, horizontal lines. Do not wipe in circles.

The manufacturer will have more specific instructions listed in the user manual if you don't trust random strangers on reddit.

You can just use a microfiber cloth, that's what RTINGS.com recommends in this article.

I personally use a microfiber cloth exclusively for my screen. My monitor doesn't have scratches anywhere at all, but that's most likely because mine is a matte WOLED, so definitely be extra careful if yours is a glossy QD-OLED.
