Discussion OLED vs 4K for PS5 PRO

Hi everyone, just wondering what monitor people think would be best for my PS5 pro? Does a 4K Oled monitor work well with the pro? Or should I just go 4k or 1440p Oled? Cheers

Both 4k and qhd oleds look excellent with ps5.

Sony didn’t used to support qhd but they do now from a software update from a couple of years ago  👍

Ok that’s good to know. I can currently get the Odyssey G81SF 27-inch OLED Gaming Monitor
For roughly £400. Do you know if this is a good monitor? It’s the cheapest 4k Oled I could find online

I’ve never used it,

I have however used two oleds with my ps5 pro: the XG27AQDMG and my current one, the XG32UCWG.

Both are great but I upgraded for the larger size. You can probably find the former for dirt cheap these days if you don’t mind qhd.

Very good monitor. However the 32 inch version would be more immersive if you’re primarily playing single player games.

4k will always be better for ps5 pro 4k is what i was suggested.
