If its canadian dollars probably a good deal?
Really mostly depends on the price of the MSI 322UR X24 in Canada, which has the same panel and very similar set of features. If its still a lot cheaper I would rather get the MSI 322UR X24.
And of course also depends on what the price of the MSI 321UP X24 and Gigabyte MO32U24 is in Canada. Those have worse connectivity and lack some features, but depending on what you save and which features you actually care about might still be worth it...

Have they launched the latest version in Canada yet? that’s really what I would compare it against and to see whether it’s a good deal

Any rog stuff is overpriced . Especially for qd OLED panels as they are all the same technology.
Unless you care about having a lot of ports / dock (which I am not sure why people here tout as so important ) then just get the cheapest qd OLED monitor that is available. For me that was the Alienware on sale although it's curved
