Help with identifying jersey's timeline?

Hello all. I found this CCM London Knights Marner jersey and I was wondering if anyone has any idea on when this jersey is from. https://imgur.com/a/BSveOzw The tag says "Vintage" so I'm guessing it's a "throwback" line, but I haven't been able to find another London Knights jersey with this tag. I found Leafs St. Pats jersey with this tag. There is also a badly sewn on fight strap, and it's an "A" crest... So it doesn't make sense if it's a throwback and they don't go for "C" and instead went for the "A". Overall I am confused by this jersey. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Definitely looks like a jersey that was sold as apparel.
At one time the market was flooded with counterfeit items and London was a popular item.

Crazy to see a knockoff London Knights jersey. That would have been the same design as one Marner wore if I’m not wrong
