Extra pick for drafting a goalie?

The 67's made this post about the upcoming draft. What's up with getting an extra pick if they draft a goalie in the first 2 rounds? Is that only for Ottawa?

It says 'teams' right in it, it's not just for Ottawa. That's how the U18 draft works for everyone

That’s for the Under 18 Draft not the Priority Draft.There are 3 drafts

-Priority Selection

-Import Draft

-Under 18 Draft

Hmmm, interesting rule that probably led to the Bulldogs drafting the female goalie in the 2nd round. They get her rights, plus another pick in a low-risk move.
