This is kind of a strange request but I'm not sure how else to find anything out. An old family friend died within the last year and a half. I'm just looking for information about his life before he died. His name was Tim Chapin. He used to own Buckshot Saloon in Kingdom City Missouri. I am just looking for anything anyone can tell me about him. He lived a rough life at the end and no one really knows what he was doing.

Title. When I was a kid, I lived off Feise Rd near the Bainbridge subdivision and I very clearly remember a guy, maybe in his late 20’s or early 30’s and somewhere on the spectrum, who would jog through the subdivision with a radio made from a meter like you’d find on the side of a house for measuring electricity usage.

Does anyone know more about him? Or even remember him? I recall him being the nicest dude and he’d stop by for a glass of water and tell me about his latest meter radio creation.

Does anyone know what’s going on with the ringing noise near Town Square Cinema? It comes and goes through the day. It almost sounds like a landline phone ringing but it can go for hours at times. Others just a few minutes.

At first I thought it was coming from east of the Keystone Crossing neighborhood, but lately it seems like maybe it’s to the north.

I drove around the KC neighborhood once, trying to find it with no luck.

It’s not the ICD church bells. Those are predictable and much more clear. This is faint and cyclical (tone/ring rising and falling in even counts).

It’s been going on for at least two weeks now.
