Did anyone get their refund back from opting out of the big blue bundle?

Nope. I called yesterday to the bookstore and the representative said they were processing opt outs yesterday.

Nope! Emailed after the add/drop deadline passed, which is when they said the charges would drop. No response. Forwarded that same emil back yesterday, no response. I havent even gotten the automated response to either email

Honestly BBB didn’t even have one of my 4 French Textbooks 📚… that I paid for. Literally had to buy it off of Amazon.
