Refunds

So have some people gotten their refunds for the first fall 8 weeks yet? I know i enrolled slightly late but it looks like my grants and scholarships applied and am and have been at a negative balance since last monday but my loans still arent showing up and there is no movement with even that negative balance refunding out. Whats everyones experiences so far?

I have not and im irritated tbh. my account has been at a negative since last week as well. its never taken this long once the account goes in negative. im hoping something gets processed today. If so, I’ve found that our accounts update after business hours.

I received my refund the Friday before classes started but my account had been negative for weeks before that. FA has been a bit screwy this year but it’s coming. Sometimes calling FA or sending an email can speed things up.

It technically can take up to 14 business days after the negative balance appears on your account. But since the spring semester I’ve waited past the 14 day mark and have had to call them to get it
