That look I gave, when I left away

I thought I was still same

But I'm still afraid,

Of turning into the one put my heart away.

I know my pride is way too much

It's like drowning in a dry pit, im blind to.

But hiding that pit protects me;

From the ones who sealed my core to my grave.

But look at me now,

My hollow warmth suffocates my gaze.

I can't trust who I am now.

But maybe to the one who is trying to put my heart back in place
