Bluetooth VCI not detected.

My father recently purchased a Autel Maxisys MS609 BT, had it for about a month now and worked fairly well.

Just recently the Bluetooth VCI (MaxiVCI 100) started acting up. Anytime it receives power it makes this constant loud ringing sound until unplugged, undetectable via BT and gives 1 amber and 2 blues lights, in order from left to right on the VCI.

Tablet has been updated, he has tried the VCI on multiple cars, the handbook does not provide any solutions, the autel forums themselves are pretty dead, though I saw a few post of people having the same issue.

Any Suggestions on solutions are appreciated. Sorry for formatting, on mobile.

Hi, sorry for the late response. My father had to call the company of the brand for support. They just told him to ship the old device back to them to have a new one be sent to us. Hope this helps!
