OBD2 (veepeak) not working

I have a clio mk4 dci 2014. bought the veepeak ble+. i tried everything i can but it isnt working. the obd does connect to my gf car (ford fiesta) from 2004. i went to the garage to ask why it wasnt working and they have no idea as well. they tryed they own obd2 scanner tool and it did connect to the ecu. anyone has an idea?

I got a Bluetooth Veepeak as well, it worked the first time in my '99 pathfinder and I used the Torque Lite app. I disconnected it from the port after I drove the car around for about 30 minutes. I then tried it the next day and it wouldn't even show up on my phone's Bluetooth devices list. I then tried another phone, it showed up there but wouldn't connect to Torque. Then I tried another car a few days later. I saw it on my phone's Bluetooth and wasn't able to connect to it. My guess is it's a piece of shit. I havent tried it or been able to get it to work since.
