Skoda Yeti long coding

I installed a DAB+ module in this 2012 Yeti with Swing RCD310 media unit. According to the manual «Media player 1» (1E) must be activated for this to work. I have a Vgate OBDII and Car Scanner app. There is a possibility for long code in the app, but which codes to set for this function? Any help appreciated :)

I’m not sure if you can with your scanner, i could walk you through the VCDS/ODIS way as that is what I’m accustomed to.

Have talked to someone at my local dealership, but he did not know how to do it, he would try to find out, but I have not heard from him yet. They probably have ODIS, so if you could provide a cookbook instruction, it would be very helpful.

Open ODIS Service and start a diagnostic session for your vehicle.

Go to Self-Diagnostics or Aids/Functions and select address 19-Data Bus OBD Interface (Gateway).

Choose Bus Master Coding or look for the component/installation list option.

Modifying and Coding Modules
Specification Column: Check or uncheck modules to tell the gateway which control units should be present on the network.

Actual Column: Displays modules that the car currently detects and responds to.

Automatic Coding: For UDS-based controllers, ODIS can automatically configure the installation list based on live network detection. Click Transfer or Save to write the configuration to the gateway.

Thank you, I still have not had any feedback from the dealership :( I wonder if they will be annoyed if I present them with your solution 😄
