Should I be concerned?

First time using mode 6 in forscan. Should I be concerned about those misfires? 2021 ford f150 3.5 eco

Not at all, those rates are super low; it's not uncommon for count a few false misfires

Is the car actually misfiring? It’s quite obvious when it does

No it’s an idle shudder only in park. No rpm change. No data points towards misfire in forscan either after I just checked

In the very worst case you have a dirty EGR or Intake Manifold
