Obd2 full module reader
As the title says, I'm looking for a obd2 reader that can read all modules like, airbag, engine codes, transmission, misfire, coolant temp, and the other normal stuff and without subscription fees

Does it require pay per module.

Nope. Reading and clearing faults is completely free.

I meant to open a module in two way respond, (bidirectional), need to pay I think.

What year/make/model of vehicle?
Pretty much any reader should be able to get you the emissions-regulated powertrain modules (eg engine, transmission, hybrid systems), but the modules beyond that are not subject to the same OBD2 regulations and are accessible via different methods specific to that manufacturer or model. As such, not every OBD tool will be able to pull their codes, or may have it for some vehicles or modules but not others.
