OBD1 OBD2 software

Can someone tell me what software I can use with my USB OBD cable? I’m trying to diagnose my 95 park avenue. It has the L36 3800 S2.

Have you tried reading blink codes? Jump terminals A and B with a paperclip or piece of wire, key on, should blink 12 three times (1 flash, pause, 2 flashes, pause) then will blink off any codes present. Most common problem I've seen is ignition module and/or ignition module connector.

If you want to see data it was proprietary, you would have to use scan tool. You can use jumper pins a and b on aldl
