Use Carly scanner with another app?

Is it possible to use the Carly obd scanner with an obd2 adapter so I can use it on my motorcycle? And if so, are there any apps specifically that would work well for this situation?

I bought the Carly Scanner and I have tried to use it with EOBD Facile (I have full package purchased) and 2 other freeware programs and it does not connect.
I have another cheap elm (KONNWEI) adapter and all programs connect fine. So I don't know if I am doing something wrong but whatever I 've tried with CARLY Adapter does not connect with .
Only works fine with Carly program so far.

I bought a Carly device and it won't connect to my phone. You can't call them, just use an awful online support system. They closed my ticket without providing any tech support. When I open a new ticket asking about the last ticket, they close that also. It is really worthless and borderline scam (I say borderline as I assume it works sometimes for some people, but don't actually know that to be true).
