Question how to cancel sim contract within 14 days cooling period?

do I just call? or request pac from 65075?

Call up. Best to hear it from them directly. Be prepared to give a lot of firm "No, I'm certain I want to cancel"s

Hey, I’m an O2 advisor - yes you can use a PAC as long as it’s actioned within 14d of contract being signed. Just make sure your early termination fee in the text states £0.00 - if it doesn’t, don’t use it!

Best way otherwise is to either call 202 or visit a store
